TERMS & CONDITIONS OF OUR OFFER

 1.) I understand that by giving Exclusive Travel LLC my credit card and billing information, as well as authorizing the charge on the initial sales call; I agree to the terms and conditions of the resorts and Exclusive Travel Centers and understand that I have already been charged for the vacations offered.

2.) I understand that all payments are non-refundable.

3.) I understand that I cannot split days in different destinations and cannot use the vacation package back-to-back.

4.) Group travels/ quinellas / referred friends or family members are ONLY able to travel at the properties listed on this bullet point: Grand Sirenis in Riviera Maya, Mexico, Grand Sirenis in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, Senator in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, Morritt’s Tortuga in Grand Cayman Island; which allows only one other qualified family or couple to travel.

5.) A maximum stay of seven (7) nights applies for Bali, Europe, and Grand Cayman Island.

6.) A maximum stay of four (4) nights applies for all all-inclusive destinations; except for Grand Matlali Hills, all Grand Sirenis Resorts, and Senator Resort in Puerto Plata which have a minimum requirement of five (5) nights.

7.) A maximum stay of three (3) nights applies to all USA destinations except for Atlantic City, NJ which only allows a maximum stay of two (2) nights.

8.) A two (2) night maximum stay applies for Atlantic City, NJ. Additional Nights to this location are not available.

9.) We at Exclusive Travel LLC are not responsible for any delays or cancellations due to nature, strikes, mechanical problems, illness, pandemics, or Acts of God.

10.) No pets are permitted to accompany travelers in any of the accommodations provided. Service animals are accepted in USA locations only.

11.) Upgrades may be purchased through our Reservations Department.

12.) I understand that I am required to take a VIP Amenity Showcasing of all resort(s) I book a stay with, and I understand that if I fail to attend the VIP Amenity Showcasing of a resort I will be charged for the retail rate for my stay.

13.) I understand that I am required to give a minimum of sixty (60) days advanced booking notice, except for major holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve/Day, Spring Break, Easter week, and government observed holidays, which require a minimum of ninety (90) days advance notice. Resort fees & taxes may apply for some locations depending on dates selected. (Extra fees apply per resort during holiday seasons & peak times of travel; this also includes international holidays for international traveling; although a ninety (90) day minimum booking notice is recommended, it is not required for international holiday bookings.).

14.) I understand that booking under the sixty (60) day advance notice, or the ninety (90) day advance notice,  some fees may apply.

15.) I understand Exclusive Travel LLC is unable to book more than six (6) months before a check-in date. I also understand some resorts may confirm only sixty (60) days before the check-in date.

16.) I understand that if I as a customer decide to change or cancel my travel dates after confirmation for travel, a fee applies per resort and location.

17.) I understand any changes to my reservation, which include changes to the itinerary, date change, or change in the number of travelers, etc. may increase the price. 

18.) I understand booking may take up to fifteen (15) business days to confirm; depending on the resort and information needed to reserve dates.

19.) Married or co-habituating couples qualify for all locations on this promotion. 

20.) No single traveler accommodations in Atlantic City, NJ, Breathless Resorts in all destinations, Daytona, FL, Dreams Resorts in all destinations, Gatlinburg, TN, Grand Matlali Hills Resort in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Grand Sirenis Resorts in all destinations, Hilton Head Island, SC, Lake Buena Vista Resort, StaySky Suites, and Vista Cay Resort in Orlando, FL, Pocono Mountain Villas in Pennsylvania, Sandos Resorts in all destinations, Secrets Resorts in all destinations, Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, Sunscape Resort in all destinations, and Virginia Beach, VA. For locations for travels with a martial status as single, divorced, or widowed; see below.

21.) Single women are accepted in every location; except where listed on bullet # 20

22.) Single men are ONLY allowed to travel to destinations provided in this link: if traveling with a female companion see bullet # 19.

23.) I understand most USA, Bahamas, and Grand Cayman Island Properties have a maximum of four (4) guests per room unless receiving 2 room condo accommodations (upgrade fees may apply); All Inclusive Destinations: the room accommodations allow two (2) Adults and two (2) Children; Dreams & Sunscape Resorts only accept children two (2) years of age and under, Condovac La Costa accepts children seventeen (17) years of age and under, and all other all-inclusive resorts accept children twelve (12) years of age and under. Breathless, Ramayana Suites, Sandos Cancun, and Secrets Resorts are adults-only resorts.

24.) I understand Additional Travelers (More than two (2) adults and two (2) kids traveling): Thirteen (13) and older traveling to an all-inclusive destination can incur a fee of $99.00 to $280.00 per night per person; for rates, please email or contact our reservations department (Holiday rates are different than standard rates depending on the resort and location). If traveling with five (5) or more persons on an all-inclusive vacation, the cost will include a 2nd room. All other locations: additional traveler prices vary by date and resort. Please keep in mind when adding additional travelers, they will be at a discounted rate per night (rates depend on resort and location).

25.) I understand the same rates also apply if I am booking additional nights.

26.) All Inclusive locations are Curacao, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, and Jamaica.

27.) All-inclusive locations offer airport pick-up one way, except for all Breathless, Dreams, Secrets, and Sunscape Resorts who offers no complimentary airport transportation, Condovac La Costa in Costa Rica offers round-trip airport pick-up and drop-off services.

28.) Bali Destination: Accommodates two (2) adults only; a daily breakfast buffet is included, and round-trip airport pick-up is available

29.) Hotel/Resorts, Locations, Terms, Qualifications, and Number of Guests or Nights available to travel are subject to change at any time. Any changes made by us or the resort will apply to this vacation offer.

30.) I understand any false information provided will be treated as fraud.

31.) I understand as the buyer, that I must be 28 years of age or older and I understand that my credit card has been charged for the non-refundable purchase of my selected vacations, and all information I have provided is correct.

32.) I have read and understand the entire terms and conditions listed.
